- In a big pan heat oil and temper with the items given under ‘To temper’ table.
- Fry for a minute and then add onion, green chillies, ginger and fry until onion turns transparent.
- Side by side, boil mixture of 3 cups water and 1cup milk
- Dry Roast rava with out changing colour in a separate wok
- Add the vegetables to your pan and fry well for 2 minutes on medium flame
- When veggies are done add milk and water mixture
- Now let veggies boil in this mixture for another two minutes
- Add salt and pepper when veggies are boiling
- Now Add rava and mix well.
Mix well, wait until the water gets absorbed by the sooji. - Once it gets thick, cook covered in low flame for 8-10 minutes.
- Now add ghee and give it a nice last mix.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
or simply tomato ketchup
